I'm a no nonsense car buyer, and the second I sense any sort of inauthentic interaction, I'm way less likely to stick around. Had a repair service, and everyone told me "DO NOT GO TO A DEALERSHIP." Well clearly, they haven't experienced Ford. They took good care of us, Ubering us back home and even delivering our car. The van was taken care of so quickly, and as a vending business owner, that was so important for us. Brandon was so kind. They charged us fairly (truthfully, I was scared it was going to be a much more expensive fix), and we'll be back next week to pick up my husband's new Maverick. I love being a customer of theirs 🙂
