I recently booked an appointment through the Ford app to take care of some recalls on my vehicle, and the process was super easy and convenient. They arranged for a driver to pick up my car, handled the recall work, and even repaired my flatwithout requiring me to purchase a new tire. Leif Johnson Ford in Austin is amazing. They were able to find a really unique Ranger Lariat in ruby red with sandstone interior that are very rare. I highly recommend this dealership. Adrian Machado is excellent. He took his time to make sure we were happy. He took us to another dealership to pick out another vehicle just to make sure we were satisfied. The sales team gave us a great deal. Ryan was very helpful as well.
